Tita Weewin's journey into catering began with the support of her husband, Dennis, when they opened their first restaurant, Boracay Tropical Grill, in 2003. Though her restaurant has since closed, Tita Weewin continues to share her culinary talent through catering, specializing in personal events. Among her many beloved creations, one dish has stood out consistently—her empanadas.
